This incredibly well-preserved, low mileage (65,297 miles) 1987, G50, Cabriolet that was built to be a M491 Turbo Look by none other than Bruce Canepa back in 1987. Canepa equipped this Cabriolet exactly like the Factory Turbo Look cars when it was essentially brand new in 1987. Once complete, Canepa retailed the car to a purchaser in Kansas showing approximately 1600 miles. The craftsmanship of the welding and paint are as good as Stuttgart and it continues to look fresh even today. This vehicle is as close to a factory M491 as they come, and considering who did the modification, it doesn’t get any better than that. Every detail has been accounted for and the car looks amazing and has leather seats. This car has been expertly maintained by each of its fastidious owners; always garaged and kept at the ready on a battery tender and covered at all times when not in use. This car has benefited from a complete major service shortly after I purchased it. In addition to the service, a spare-no-expense ($10k+ in receipts) refreshening has been performed by the well-known and outstanding mechanic, Bobby Singh of Manhattan Motor Sports.
