- Description: This beautiful 1981 Porsche 911SC was sold new to a Mr. Thomas Rose of Chatham, N.J. It was delivered new in stunning Light Blue Metallic paint J4, special full leather interior (Cork), and Option Group J17 (16" Forged Alloy Fuchs wheels, Front Spoiler, Bosch Fog Lights, Stereo prep w/ 4 speakers/antenna). After Mr. Rose’s ownership the car went to Holt Motorsports Inc in PA and after a few other PA owners it was sold to a Napa Valley, CA Porsche and BMW collector. The overall condition leaves a great impression of originality and care. In 2016 Possum Hollow Motorsports performed a major service including new sunroof cable, oil hose, all new brake calipers and hoses, brake pad, and an oil/filter change. During our ownership the car was treated to a full detail and steam cleaning of the engine and underside. The car sits on 16" aluminum lightweight Fuchs wheels that have Good Year Eagle Sport tires mounted with 205/55/16 up front and 225/50/16 on the rear. Other options include a power sunroof, power windows, A/C, rear window defrost, cigarette lighter, locking glove box, electric driver’s side door mirror, door pockets and map pockets. The Clarion M508 stereo has Bluetooth, telephone mic, Pandora and Sirius capabilities as well as a USB adapter. The dash of the 911 has a beautiful arrangement of gauges and features including fuel level, oil temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, center mounted tachometer, speedometer, quartz clock, cruise control and intermittent wipers. The rear seat backs fold down to create a spacious shelf behind the driver. Extra storage is located up front for your weekend bags along with a factory tool roll.
