1986 911 2.7RS Backdate

  • Year: 1986
  • Model: 911 2.7RS Backdate
  • Description: This Porsche was built specifically for the previous owner to rally with his wife, but sadly that was not the outcome. He ended up selling the car to Hedon Motors already built by Paul Geeris Porsche, and ready to be driven. The Car in finished in indian red on the exterior with black “Carrera” and “Carrera RS” decals, as well as a black Porsche banner across the top glass of the windshield. The side windows as well as the back windshield have been replaced with plastic windows to save a bit of weight, as well as the amenities have been taken away for a full raw experience. The car is riding on black/silver custom Fuchs wheels and new Michelin tires. A beautiful reupholstered black interior is accompanied by a red roll cage, black Recaro racing seats, red Sparco 5-point race harnesses, an alcantara-wrapped Prototipo steering wheel, a Brantz International 2S pro rally timer, and 2 Gefu digital timers. Under the hood, the engine has been fully restored which is a 3.2 liter flat six producing around 230hp, paired with a 915 transmission, and for quick shifts, a CAE short shifter was installed. The car comes very well documented and with a North Carolina title and registration.
