1997 Porsche Boxster AIC Auto Sales
With less than 5,000 miles on the odometer, this ultra-low mileage, 1997 Boxster, Guards Red with a Black fabric top and Graphite Grey interior, was among the first produced at the main factory in Stuttgart, Germany. Designated with the letter ’S’ as the 11th character in its VIN number, it was car number #1512, completed on February 11, 1997. Delivered with the desirable $3,200 optional Sport Package, this 5-speed Boxster is finished with 17” Boxster Design wheels, wind deflector, the sound package AM/FM stereo w/compact disc, cruise control, and alarm system. Other features include a High Amp Battery, and front and rear stabilizer bars.
Finished in traditional Guards Red with a power-operated black fabric top, this Boxster features silver front air intakes, a top-tinted windshield, color matched, electrically adjustable, heated side mirrors, speed-activated rear spoiler, 17” Boxster Design wheels with colored crest wheel caps and Continental tires, black rear bumperettes, black Boxster script on the rear lid, and a single, center-placed, exhaust jutting from below the rear bumper.
The Graphite Grey Partial Leather interior includes dual airbags, a lockable center console, removable Wind Stop, and CDR-210 AM/FM/CD stereo sound system with eight integrated speakers.
Up to 201 HP and 181 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels by a 2.5-liter flat-six engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
