This is one of only 2,916 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupes produced in 1987. Powered by a 3.2-liter flat-six mated to a very desirable G50 five-speed manual transaxle. Finished in a Silver Metallic over Burgundy, the car was equipped from the factory with a limited slip deferential, central locking system, automatic speed control, and more. Now showing just over 112k miles, this 3.2L Carrera is offered with two keys, factory owners manuals, original maintenance book, a tool kit, spare tire, jack, a clean Carfax report, and a clear Florida title.
The body is finished in Silver Metallic (L980), which is contrasted by black window trims. 1987 was the first year for European-look H5 headlamps on US-market 911s. Original 16″ Fuchs wheels feature black centers and anodized lips with relatively new tires.
The cabin is upholstered in a gorgeous Burgundy leather (LX). Amenities include electric sunroof, driver’s seat height adjustment, powered windows, power mirrors, power locks, fog lamps, and more.
The factory shifter and leather-wrapped steering wheel are retained. The VDO instrumentation includes a fuel / oil level, oil temp / oil pressure, 7k-rpm tachometer, a 165-mph speedometer with a 6-digit odometer showing just over 1120k miles, and Quartz clock.
Beginning in 1987, factory-rated output was raised to 217 horsepower and 195 ft-lb of torque.
