1995 Porsche 911 Carrera
Naturally-Aspirated and Air-Cooled 3.6L Flat 6
6 Speed Manual Transmission
Rear Wheel Drive
Introduced in 1993 for the 1994 model year and in time for the 911’s 30th anniversary, the 993 would be the very last of the air-cooled Porsches before the company moved on to the water-cooled 996 for the New Millenium, a step that nobody would have expected a generation earlier and one that frustrated Porsche-philes. It was a hugely important car for Porsche that came at a formative, turbulent time. By the mid-1990s, the front-engined cars were all gone and there was a brief time – the 1996 model year – that the Boxster hadn’t arrived yet and the 993 was the only model in Porsche’s lineup.
This car is finished in Grand Prix White over grey leather interior with a black cabriolet top. Equipped with a 6 speed manual transmission and 17” chrome cup wheels wrapped with new Hankook tires.
Other options include the power seat package, integrated brake light spoiler, paint matched bumperettes, chrome exhaust tips, a Craven off-body front license plate bracket, and an aftermarket stereo system utilizing a Clarion head unit, Focal component woofers & tweeters, and an Autotek four channel amplifier.
Of this variant, only 1,743 vehicles were produced.
Recent maintenance includes a new clutch, new shift linkage, a new roof, fluids & filters. Brakes are in excellent condition and show no wear on the discs or calipers.
The paint is imperfect as you might expect with a 72k mile vehicle, but it is in great shape overall.
The car has been very well maintained, needs nothing and is ready to drive.
