1988 Porsche 911 Carrera

Purchased in November 2000 with 59K miles; now has 98K miles. No maintenance records before purchase but all records since then (in Excel file, and have most receipts). Engine top overhaul at 68K (itemized receipt available). Many new parts (see below). More pictures at:
Originally alpine white, but resprayed a light metallic pearl by a PO. A few small paint chips.
New windscreen and OEM seal (@76K).
New sunroof seals and cables.
New H5 headlights and Sutro headlight relay installed.
Linen leather (with dark blue trim) in good condition except for a few cracks on driver’s seat left side.
Replaced carpet mats.
Rennline aluminium floor board behind pedals on driver’s side.
Heating and a/c all working, but a/c not very cold and needs R12 recharge. Rear condenser, receiver/dryer and front condenser fan all replaced. Front fresh air fan in trunk and heater blower in engine compartment replaced.
New antenna amplifier with Alpine radio/CD.
New odometer gears and speedometer faceplate in 2014 by North Hollywood Speedometer (odometer not working for about 2 months).
New steering column bushings and Momo Monte Carlo steering wheel (OEM steering wheel included).
New front hood shocks.
New Optima Red Top model 35 battery (April 2016).
Suspension & Brakes:
Wheels are late offset 17” RUFs with spacers. Came with 16” BBS wheels which will be included with purchase if desired.
Sumitomo HTR Z3 tires (205/50/17 & 255/40/17) with 8/32” tread.
Turbo tie rods and new Bilstein shock absorbers at 68K.
Both rear axles, boots and all CV bolts replaced.
Rear brake calipers rebuilt with new rotors & pads.
New brake pad wear sensors in 2016.
Top overhaul at Fisher Motors (Barrington, IL) in 2002 (@68k miles), including new rocker arms, valve guides, valves, fuel line, seals, new clutch … Itemised receipt available.

Fuel pump (2013).
Distributor cap & rotor.
Oil lines to left camshaft.
Oil cooler seals (3).
Rubber oil lines from oil tank to thermostat and from engine to thermostat.
Oil pressure sensor.
Oil pressure warning switch.
New DME unit (911-618-111-20) installed @66K.
Dansk pre-muffler with dual outlet OEM muffler; original catalytic converter included.
Steve Wong chip (for pre-muffler and dual outlet) added @77K (original chip included).
Sound pad in engine compartment.
Gear shift bushings.
Magnecor spark plug wires.
Oil level sender in oil tank.
Engine compartment fuel lines.
Note: cruise control not working due to throttle cable being cut by PO (not sure if it would work with new cable).
